Adaptive is seeking a talented Temporary Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in helping this great company grow. You will play a pivotal role in the company’s growth through your keen sense of identifying top talent and ability to partner with client groups to ensure our talent acquisition programs are supporting the needs of the business. The successful candidate will possess strong business instincts, drive, collaborative spirit, and a high level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency, follow-up and results-orientation.


  • Under direction from the Recruiting Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    • Supporting the Recruiting team with resume reviewing, screening, sourcing, client engagement, and candidate management.
    • Partnering with assigned client groups to identify and reach passive and active candidates to provide an engaged, diverse talent pool for current and forecasted needs.

    • Developing and executing strategic and innovative sourcing, recruiting, and branding strategies with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes.

    • Serving as a subject matter expert on sourcing resources, new and creative recruiting techniques, labor market and industry trends, and competitor information in order to ensure our sourcing efforts and recruiting practices are successful, cost effective, and competitive.

    • Developing a talent pipeline for immediate hire and future positions as business strategy needs dictate.

    • Interviewing candidates to assess them in relation to position requirements, organizational and team fit, as well as providing candidates with detailed information on our organization, compensation package, business strategies, position details, and expectations.

    • Attending events such as career fairs and industry conferences.

    • Establishing goals and objectives to align with the overall recruiting business strategy within your assigned client groups or areas of expertise.

    • Participate on various projects as assigned.

Experience and Skills:

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting

  • Demonstrated success in sourcing for challenging roles

  • Experience working on high volume positions and hard-to-fill, professional and leadership positions

  • Proven success driving results in a fast-paced, high-touch environment

  • Superior history of strong time management and prioritization skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years experience with candidate sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting

  • Bachelor's degree

  • HR Certification

  • Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience, particularly in small or mid-sized organizations

  • Experience recruiting for scientific and/or sales roles in academic, pharmaceutical or biotechnology organizations
