We are seeking a scientist who is fluent in statistics, experienced in the analysis of DNA sequencing data, familiar with modern wet lab practices, and enthusiastic about working in the immunosequencing field. Your main role will be to lead the statistical analysis for FDA submissions of clinical assays, the internal validation of new assays, and the development of quality control criteria for internal processes. An ideal hire will excel at exploring, visualizing, and troubleshooting biological data. We want someone who can coordinate work across a variety of different studies and ensure the timely deployment of critical technologies. As a member of our Statistical Genetics and Computational Biology groups, you should be thoughtful about statistical analysis, adept at statistical modeling, and excellent at communicating technical results to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with wet lab scientists to devise assay validation experiments and statistical analysis plans
- Perform quick and thorough analyses of DNA sequencing data to understand outliers, make descriptive figures, and address key statistical questions
- Present results to a wide variety of stakeholders, from wet lab operators to computational biologists to executive team members
- BE A PROBLEM SOLVER: communicate well, ask questions, proactively eliminate bottlenecks, and be the person people go to when they want a job done right
