We are seeking a highly motivated and capable software engineer with extensive experience to support development and ongoing maintenance of Adaptive’s production data analysis pipelines and clinical reporting software. In addition to other engineers, this position will work closely with project management, development leads, and QA by helping to design and then implement software solutions integral to Adaptive’s current and future engineering roadmaps.
The Software Engineer will be responsible for defining, creating, developing, implementing, testing, deploying, and running software that supports Adaptive’s data analysis pipelines, clinical reporting software, and other similar internal products. The software you create will be used to support patient care. Applicants will be working on a fast-paced team of 5 or more developers; therefore, being able to share and integrate code with others is crucial. All candidates with strong programming experience are encouraged to apply. Any exposure to biological sequence data or laboratory information management is considered a plus.
